commission information - tos

terms of service• you are NOT allowed to resell my work individually. selling my work as a package deal when selling a character okay as long as price is reasonable.
• you are NEVER allowed to use my art for NFTs
• you are NEVER allowed to buy my art for AI usage
• artwork should NEVER be claimed as your own
• artwork should NEVER be used commercially
• please behave appropriately while commissioning me. to elaborate: be polite but do not get too friendly. YOU ARE MY CUSTOMER! if i want to be friends then i'll talk to you outside of service, please respect my boundaries.
• i will accept any currency as long as it is properly translated into USD through cashapp
• i can refuse commissions for any reason
• i will refund 100% value if i am not able to complete a commissioned piece
• customer can request a refund and stop commission at any time
• all commissions will be posted online by me and used as marketing for my commissions. if you are not comfortable with this you must tell me before it is finished
• YOU WILL PAY HALF OF THE COMMISSION PRICE UPON SEEING THE COMPLETED SKETCH, AND THE OTHER HALF UPON RECIEVING THE COMPLETED PIECE. NO EXCEPTIONS!-• as long as you are not going against my wishes above, YOU MAY DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH MY ARTWORK AFTER COMMISSIONING ME. thank you for understanding!
